Technomedia Journal (TMJ) recognizes that Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) technologies are increasingly used to support scholarly communication, academic writing, and research workflows. However, they also present ethical, legal, and scientific challenges that require appropriate governance.
To uphold research integrity, transparency, and accountability, TMJ establishes this Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Policy. This policy applies to all authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial staff involved in the submission, review, editorial, and publication processes.

2. Principles
TMJ supports the responsible use of AI-assisted technologies under the following principles:
* Human intellectual contribution must remain central to every scholarly work.
* AI tools serve only as supporting instruments and shall never replace critical thinking, scientific judgment, or academic responsibility.
* Transparency regarding the use of AI-assisted technologies is essential.
* Authors remain fully accountable for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and ethical compliance of their manuscripts.

3. Policy for Authors
3.1 Acceptable Uses
Authors may use Generative AI tools to assist with activities such as:
* improving grammar, spelling, and academic writing style;
* enhancing language readability;
* organizing manuscript structure;
* generating preliminary outlines or summaries;
* supporting coding documentation or formatting where appropriate.
The use of AI should be limited to editorial assistance and must not replace the authors' own scientific reasoning, methodological decisions, interpretation of findings, or scholarly conclusions.

3.2 Mandatory Disclosure
If Generative AI has contributed to manuscript preparation beyond routine language editing, authors must disclose its use in a dedicated statement before the References section.
The disclosure should specify:

4. AI-Generated Figures, Images, and Multimedia

Authors are responsible for ensuring that:
