Submission Preparation Checklist

All manuscripts must meet the following requirements.

• The manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication in another journal (or this has been clearly explained in the comments to the Editor).
• The manuscript file must be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document format.
• URLs have been provided for all references that are accessible online.
• The manuscript is single-spaced, uses a 12-point font, employs italics rather than underlining (except for URL addresses), and places all illustrations, figures, and tables within the text at the appropriate locations rather than grouping them separately at the end of the manuscript.
• The manuscript preparation and citations follow the required journal style as specified in the Author Guidelines.
