Technomedia Journal (TMJ) focuses on strategic management leveraging technology innovation within the digital business arena. TMJ serves as a pioneering nexus for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers, exploring key areas to foster strategic insights and solutions in the dynamic digital economy. Here are five succinct descriptions for TMJ's focus and scope:


1. Digital Transformation Leadership:
This focus area explores strategic management leadership necessary for navigating organizations through the complexities of digital transformation. It includes case studies on successful digital pivots, leadership styles effective in digital environments, and the development of digital culture within organizations.

2. Tech-Driven Innovation:
Investigates how emerging technologies serve as catalysts for innovation in business processes, product development, and service offerings. This includes research on disruptive technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain, and how strategic management can spur creativity and new business solutions.

3. Digital Business Models:
Focuses on the strategic management components in digital business models. This encompasses platforms such as AI agents, subscription services, freemium models and other digital-first approaches, analyzing their viability, scalability, and effect in contrast with traditional business structures.

4. Sustainability via Digital Means:
Investigates how strategic management of digital business technologies can support the sustainable development goals on economic growth (SDG8), which include environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and economic viability. Peer Review Process (Double Blind)

Technomedia Journal Document

1.

 Initial Editorial Screening — All manuscripts submitted to Technomedia Journal (TMJ) are first received by the Editor-in-Chief, who assigns a Handling Editor responsible for managing the review process. The assigned editor conducts a desk review to assess the manuscript’s suitability with the journal’s aims and scope, compliance with submission guidelines, originality, and ethical standards.

 Editorial Review — The article review process is divided into 2 stages: review by the Editor and review by the Reviewer. The Editor checks the article writing and ensures that the manuscript complies with the journal’s specified writing framework and requirements.

Plagiarism and Originality Check — After the article review process by the Editor, the manuscript will be processed for plagiarism screening. Articles must be original with a plagiarism rate of <20%. Only articles that pass the plagiarism screening will proceed to the reviewer stage.

4.

Double-Blind Peer Review — Journals that have passed the review stage by the Editor will be reviewed by 2 reviewers. During the review process, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure an impartial and objective evaluation.

5.

Reviewer Assessment — Articles will be reviewed by a reviewer for a maximum of 14 days of work. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality and novelty, scientific significance and contribution, methodological rigor, quality of data analysis and interpretation, clarity of presentation and organization, validity of conclusions, and compliance with research and publication ethics.

Reviewer Recommendation — Reviewers provide detailed comments and recommendations. The possible outcomes are Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Editorial Decision — The Editor-in-Chief or Handling Editor makes the final editorial decision by considering the reviewers’ recommendations while maintaining editorial independence.

8.

Revision Process — For manuscripts requiring revision, authors must submit a revised manuscript addressing all reviewer comments together with a detailed response letter explaining how each comment has been addressed. The revision process from reviewers is no later than 7 days after the review results are sent.

9.

Further Review — Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation until the editor is satisfied that all scientific, methodological, ethical, and editorial concerns have been adequately resolved.

10.

Revision Limit — Submissions of revisions that exceed the specified limit will be automatically rejected. Authors are therefore required to complete and resubmit revisions within the specified period.

11.

Final Acceptance and Publication — A manuscript is accepted for publication only after successfully completing the double-blind peer review process and meeting Technomedia Journal’s scientific, ethical, and editorial standards. Following acceptance, the manuscript proceeds to copyediting, proofreading, DOI registration, and online publication.

Archiving

This journal uses the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and allows those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes. More...

Publication Ethics

All articles published in TMJ (Technomedia Journal) are Open Access. Open Access publishing implies that all readers, anywhere in the world, are allowed unlimited access to the full text of the article, immediately after it is published in TMJ. No payment is collected from readers for accessing and using the article.

Publication Frequency

TMJ Journal is published 3 times a year, 1 volume every 4 months. The journal publication schedule starts from February, June, October and the next 4 months. The journal acceptance will be opened at the beginning of the first month and closed at the end of the first month. The review process will take place in the second month. All articles that have passed will be published at the end of the third month.
