When authors choose to publish with the APTISI Transactions on Management (ATM), they agree to the subsequent terms:

  1. Copyright Ownership: The authors retain the copyright of their work. However, they grant ATM the exclusive right of first publication.
  2. Licensing: The work is concurrently licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license permits others to share (by copying, distributing, and transmitting the work) and adapt (by remixing, transforming, and building upon the work) for any purpose, including commercial uses. Any derivative works or copies must provide proper acknowledgment of the work's authorship and its initial publication in ATM.
  3. Additional Distribution: Authors can enter into separate, supplementary contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of their work. This can include uses like including it in a book or uploading it to an institutional repository. In such cases, acknowledgment of the work's original publication in ATM is mandatory.

Self-Archiving: ATM supports and encourages authors to share their work online, such as in institutional repositories or on personal websites. Sharing can occur both before and during the submission process. This proactive dissemination can foster fruitful discussions and lead to more frequent and broader citations of the published work.
