Aptisi Transactions on Management is an open-access journal, ensuring that all its content is freely accessible to both individual users and institutions. All published works are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), allowing for both reuse and sharing. This license permits any user to adapt, remix, and build upon the original work, even for commercial purposes, provided appropriate attribution is given to the original creator. Copyright terms applied to published content must be clearly stated separately and must not contradict the licensing terms or the open access policy. The use of 'All rights reserved' is not appropriate for open access content.
FULL LICENSE TERMS
- Open Access Policy: ATM is committed to the global exchange of knowledge. Hence, it provides immediate open access to its content, ensuring that research is freely available to the public.
- Author’s Warranties: The author guarantees that the submitted article is original, has not been previously published, contains no unlawful statements, respects the rights of others, is subject to exclusive copyright held by the author, and is free from third-party rights. The author also confirms that permissions to cite from other sources have been duly obtained.
- User Rights: Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, both the author(s) and users have the liberty to share (copy and redistribute) the material in any medium or format.
- Rights of Authors: Authors maintain several rights, including:
- Retention of copyright and other proprietary rights, such as patent rights.
- The liberty to utilize the content of the article in subsequent works.
- The right to reproduce the article for personal use, provided the copies aren't sold.
- The right to self-archive the article.
- Co-Authorship: If the article has multiple authors, the signatory of this agreement confirms that they are authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement and will inform all co-authors of its terms.
- Termination: This agreement can be terminated by either the author or ATM with two months' notice if there's a material breach that isn't rectified within a month.
- Royalties: The author is not entitled to any royalties or fees from ATM. The author, to the extent legally permissible, waives any right to collect royalties regarding the article's use by ATM or its sublicensees.
- Publication and Miscellaneous: ATM commits to publishing the article upon successful completion of the editorial process. The journal retains the right to adjust the article's style for consistency. The author acknowledges that the article will be publicly accessible without any charge to the readers. ATM can sublicense the rights granted to it under this agreement.
